It is a bit pricey but that is only a small price to pay compared to higher maintenance costs in the long run with gas-powered vehicles. Initial price of electric vehicles are a bit more expensive than the gas-powered vehicles but with electric vehicles you don't have to pay for gas or oil change that is usually what makes gas-powered vehicles more expensive further on. Aside from the Silverado, there are other electric trucks that are less expensive and might even fit your budget. Ford F-150 and 2024 Rivian R1T costs less than $60,000, want to consider these instead?
