I came across some info in the GM order guide for the Brightdrop ZEVO vans and noticed they offer two battery pack options, a 20-module Max Range (ETJ) and a 14-module Standard Range (ETC).

Made me wonder, does anyone know how these compare to the Silverado EV battery options? I’ve heard the Silverado uses a 20-module pack too, but not sure if it’s the same setup. Could the 14-module ETC be the standard battery for the Silverado in the future?

Trying to figure out how the battery options compare across the lineup.

I think 400 volts is the way to go. And those Brightdrop batteries are pretty smart. They don't need as much power for what they do, and they're lighter, which is good for range.

I'm not sure what they'll do for the regular Silverado, but maybe they'll use some of the same parts. It might need a little more power though.

The Ultium platform is super flexible, so it makes sense that GM would use similar battery setups across their EV lineup. The Silverado EV seems to go bigger with up to 24 modules for max range, but I could totally see a more budget-friendly model getting that 14-module setup from the BrightDrop.
