Backup lines MIA

My reverse camera lines are gone! I’ve read that I might need to replace the camera modules, but there has to be an easier fix, right??

Anyone know a quick reset or setting I should check before I start panicking? Really hoping it's just user error and not a costly fix.

Just so you know, those backup lines only show up when you put the car in reverse.

Hmm, I tried that and still no lines. Any chance it’s just a setting I accidentally turned off?
