I've been a longtime GM customer, but I recently had a bad experience. I ordered an electric Silverado, but the dealership canceled it without notifying me. They claimed they couldn't get the car due to a paperwork issue. I'm not sure if that's correct, but the dealership couldn't help me.When I called GM customer service, they said they couldn't repair it or transfer my order to another dealership. It's disappointing that GM couldn't assist me, especially since I spent a lot of money on the truck.

This is a warning to anyone thinking about purchasing a GM EV.

Haha seems like your Silverado got ghosted harder than my ex after Thanksgiving dinner. Maybe GM’s new EV slogan should be: 'Built to cancel, not to last.'"

Ah, sorry to hear about the rough time with your dealer. Luckily for me, my dealer’s been awesome, super smooth sailing on my end!

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. It’s too bad when orders are mishandled. I really think GM should improve communication and customer support for EVs.

Ugh, that's seriously frustrating. It's crazy that a company as big as GM couldn’t handle a simple order transfer. Kinda makes you wonder if they're actually ready for the whole EV shift when they can't even get the basics right. Hopefully, this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
