Silverado WT4 charging issue

I've had my Silverado WT4 for a while now, I also have a Model 3. I charged the Silverado at an EVgo station without any issues, but when I got to my office 170 miles away and plugged into my Tesla Level 3 wall connector with a Lectron adapter, it wouldn’t charge. I even tried putting the unit in compatibility mode through the Tesla app, but still no luck. The wall unit is working fine. Anyone else had this issue?
 
Any lights flashing on the dash? So, a friend of mine had a similar issue. He first tried a Tesla charger, then a few others, but no luck. It was like the car needed a break or something. He said he turned it off, waited a bit, and then tried a different charger, and boom, it worked! Later, he tweaked the Tesla charger settings, and that fixed it for good.
 
Thanks for the tip, there are no flashing lights, but I’ll try shutting it off and waiting before retrying. I’ll also check the charger settings, lets see if that does the trick.
