Silverado EV first impressions

I’ve been driving my Silverado EV WT for about a month, and the best part? I haven’t spent a dime on gas. My charging costs are way lower than what I used to pay at the pump.

I do most of my charging at home, and with my off-peak electricity plan, I’m spending less than $50 a month to "fuel" this thing. The range estimator is pretty accurate, but towing cuts it down a bit. Still, for daily use, I’m getting around 380 miles per charge, which is more than enough. If you're looking at the Silverado EV and worried about running costs, don’t be, it’s way cheaper than my last truck!

I haven’t driven one yet, but I’ve heard great things about its performance and tech. If you get the chance, it’d be interesting to hear your thoughts on it.

I'm dying to get behind the wheel of the electric Silverado too! It looks like a beast, and I'm really curious to see how it compares to the F-150 Lightning and the Rivian R1T. I've been reading some early reviews, and people seem impressed with the range, especially with the Max Range battery. That midgate is a game-changer for hauling long stuff, and the interior looks pretty slick too. But I've also heard some mixed opinions about the handling and some of the tech features. Hopefully, some more reviews and owner feedback will start trickling in soon.
