Question about VIns

Assuming the VINs are sequential and start at 200000 for WT and 300000 for RST, could we use them to estimate 2024 production?

I don't know what to say, man. VINs are not always assigned sequentially. I mean, there are many trims that should be taken into consideration. Also, VIN assignments don't necessarily mean the order of production.

It could work but car companies don't always use numbers in a simple way. They might skip some or have different factories using the same numbers. You'd also need to know when those numbers were used. But if you have enough numbers to look at you could get a general idea.
